Owner/Color Specialist/Blonde Specialist
As the owner of The Color Connection Hair Studio, Caroline is most proud of how much the girls have grown together as a well-oiled team. She believes, “you never truly work a day in your life when you love what you do!” Caroline never stops educating herself and continues to grow as a professional. While progressing over the years to stay fresh, it excites her to master new techniques and the continually changing trends. She excels in blonding and coloring gray hair with new ideas to keep your hair healthy and fresh. Additionally, she loves creating an experience for every person who walks into the salon by cultivating a fun and positive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and beautiful.

Color Specialist/Precision Cutting
Beginning her career in London, Elaine then made her way to California, where she worked in a prestigious salon in Santa Monica. She later went on to own a successful salon before settling down here in beautiful Boca Raton. True to her English style, Elaine focuses on all thing’s precision, which includes a solid foundation in hair cutting, coloring, and foiling. She is also certified for Brazilian Blow Out smoothing treatments. Elaine will consistently please you with her attention to detail.

Diane has been doing hair organically her whole life, growing up in her grandmother's New York salon. She knew at an early age that she wanted to do hair. Diane specializes in blonding and color melting. She prides herself in her foil work and, “lived-in color.” She loves creating bright, beautiful hair including vivid colors and fantasy hair. Diane includes your hair's moisture needs when blonding with luxurious protein and moisture treatments.

“It has always been a dream of mine to do something challenging and artistic. Becoming a hairstylist has far exceeded my expectations in the most amazing way!” While working alongside very talented stylists and colorists in the salon, Karamy enjoys having the great pleasure of transforming her client’s hair into the dream look they’ve always wanted. She creates fabulous shades of hair color while keeping the integrity of your hair in mind. Karamy is also our certified hair extension stylist, “The One to See.”

With years of experience behind the chair, and teaching both at the International Hair Academy and the Latin Beauty Academy, she has brought her passion for healthy hair and warm customer service to the team. Melba excels in keratin smoothing treatments, and will treat your hair to the best scalp treatment and style, to accentuate the fantastic hair color she offers.

Colorist/Blonde Specialist/Extensions
Raven joined The Color Connection team with a drive to learn all things hair. While attending college for her business degree, she committed to a full-time apprenticeship and quickly became the 'right hand' to our talented colorists and stylists; she is now well versed in all things hair. Raven has taken many educational courses in coloring as well as hair extensions. She is excited to create the best balayage, highlights and hues to compliment your best look.
